Independent Foreclosure Review
 
If you were in foreclosure during 2009 and 2010 The Independent Foreclosure Review will determine whether you as individual homeowner suffered financial injury and should receive compensation or other remedy because of errors or other problems during their home foreclosure process.
 
You may qualify for an Independent Foreclosure Review that must be submitted by December 31, 2012.  Our counselors can assist you with this process at no cost to you.  We are HUD certified under the National Council of La Raza Home Ownership Network partner and are here to help.

National Mortgage Settlement Information

The National Mortgage Settlement Administrator mailed Notice Letters and Claim Forms in late September through early October 2012 to those borrowers who lost their home due to foreclosure between January 1, 2008 and December 31 2011 and whose loans were serviced by one of the five mortgage servicers that are parties to the settlement.
